I have both this pencil and an Apple Pencil. I sent my Apple Pencil to college with my daughter and didn't want to spend money to get another one, so I looked for cheaper options. Bought this based on the positive reviews. In fact, I now prefer this Apple Pencil. This one is much lighter which reduces hand fatigue and I like that it has a flat side that keeps the pencil from moving while writing - it feels firmer when writing. I don't draw with it. I take notes and mark up PDFs in OneNote, Adobe and run them directly from OneDrive. I also use if to highlight text in Kindle books. I love it. Only 2 very small cons: (1) I would like to know the condition of the battery level. If there's a way to find out, I haven't thought of it. I only charge it overnight about once a week. (1) Since it turns on and off by touching the top, I've found that sometimes I accidentally turn it off without realizing it, and I have to quickly touch the top again to turn it back on. I wish it was harder to turn off. But I love this pencil and will never go back to an Apple pencil.
