As a manager of products, I'm sad to say that FYMNSI is a disappointing offering. The quality of their apparel, shoes, jewelry, costumes, and accessories is subpar, despite the fact that they have a large selection of everything. The materials that are used are of poor quality, and the designs do not display any creativity or originality. The website is disorganized, and the functionality of the search tool is horrible. It is aggravating to have to go through the seemingly endless pages of products of poor quality. The customer service is terrible, with employees who are unhelpful and response times that are painfully sluggish. Although it may appear that the prices are fair, the fact that the products are of such low quality means that they are not worth the money. In addition to this, the duration of the shipping times is excessive, and the procedure for making returns is cumbersome. It is quite upsetting to find out that we had to send everything back due to the poor quality. In general, FYMNSI is not a business that I would promote to any individuals who have an interest in fashion. There are significantly superior alternatives available now, ones that provide shopping experiences that are less stressful, with products of a higher quality and improved levels of customer care.
