The USB power connector is ridiculously close to the IR emitter. There is a ridiculously long cable (25 feet) between the other two. I had to get a USB extender to use this. The power connector and IR emitter are hardwired together, so you can't add extra length of cable to solve the problem. Most people probably won't have a USB socket in a footer of the IR emitter and will need to do the same. Double-sided adhesive tape had to be provided for attaching the IR receiver and IR transmitter. How much more would it cost?
