So far I like this alternative to standard kitty litter. I usually change the litter once a week and scoop out the solids every day. No dust in the air, the cat doesn't seem to mind the texture of the pellets (she uses them and is picky about food and bedding). I usually use clumping litter, but I've found that I get a lot more litter with regular clumping litter. Regular kitty litter tends to stick to things, which I definitely don't miss. The absorbency of this putty is very good and I don't notice any odor problems after a few days. Let's face it, cat urine (especially male urine) is the stinky fact of having a cat. At the moment the bedding is easy to clean. It doesn't stick to the bottom of the litter box like other clumping and non-clumping litters (I've had litter that literally turned to stone when wet and I had to get it out of the box). . I also like that my cat doesn't cling to it with its paws and follows it everywhere. There's nothing I hate more than stepping on sharp pieces of junk or finding them in my bed. That alone is one of the reasons I like this litter. I will buy it again. When shopping for cat litter, keep in mind that there are no perfect litter boxes, only some that are better than others. I consider this one to be one of the best.
