Using this product, our team found that the shorts were not as athletic as advertised. The pockets couldn't even hold our smartphones without them bouncing around during workouts, which is a major issue for any guy trying to stay fit. The only positive thing we can say is that the shorts were comfortable, but that hardly makes up for their lack of practicality. Don't bother with these if you're serious about staying active.
