I would try another caller
I am not very satisfied with this product, several times the call did not work. I use mine at my restaurant to call waiters when food is ready to be served. There are times when I have to look for a server because the call doesn't work. About once a week or so it reboots and goes through all the "ringing bells" for no reason. I also had to buy a speaker, it's not loud enough to be heard unless you are less than 6 tables away from it.
