Bought to use on my Bissel Zing Baged as the standard floor tool sticks to thick carpet. Right off the bat it was a huge improvement, easily cleaning thick carpets, hard floors and everything in between. It's great when it works, but there are two big problems; Dust balls are securely trapped between the turbine and the nozzle leading to the extension of the vacuum cleaner. Sometimes I have to remove the tool from the extension and vacuum it out with a smaller tool. Then at some point the turbine stopped turning the brush because dust balls got into all the cavities inside the tool (where the dust shouldn't go). After cleaning it works like new, but I'll probably have to take it apart again in a few months to get rid of the stuck dust. If you don't like the service I would look at another carpet tool.
