This is your product. Gosh, I love these things. I have three pairs and use them regularly. I originally bought a set to see if it would help distribute the belt pressure because I was developing arthritis in my shoulder joints. They're really good for that, but I love them when I use them with blouses that are different widths/designs at the neckline and you want to shift the straps a bit to one side or the other so they don't show. They comfortably hold the straps in place. You no longer have to reach into your blouse to replace a dropped strap. I gotta love it
