Easy to customize. User friendly. Quick response to queries. And most importantly, they give full support if you need it. Nothing in my experience. It's one of the best in their class. We are solving problems of our clients. I think the price is fair. I don't think it's a bad thing to pay a little more if the product is up to the mark. But it's not high so I don't think so. Some of our clients have been able to upgrade from paid versions to trial versions. Some of them have been stuck for a long time in trial version without getting any response from support team. We have managed to get them out of this with the help of support team. Nice user interface with easy to use controls which is very helpful in managing my website's content as well its security aspects too. Also their support team always available for help whenever required and they are affordable also so I have no complains about this software or anything else related of it. Nothing but love towards them. User friendly tool that helps me manage all things efficiently without any hassle at times when needed most!!
