The 4K picture quality is amazing if you have a 4K monitor/TV. Color night vision is advertised, but I've noticed that it only works in low light. But I can handle it. The included 50-60 foot cables can limit camera placement, and if you use a 50 foot extension cable, video quality will drop dramatically. 3 stars for tech support just because I haven't needed it yet. Overall I am much happier with the 4K system as it has replaced the SWANN 1080p system.
