Hi guys, I don't mind the color of the floor, I will change it soon. In any case, this is my very first gaming chair or any work chair I buy. I spent $274 on shipping. That's a lot of money for an uncomfortable chair. Pillow hard, hard, uncomfortable. The back of the side fenders has to close, and that's not very pretty. If you weigh 140 pounds or more, the wings will bother you a bit in the thigh area. The armrest is absolutely hard and uncomfortable. It sucks. The appearance of the chair is excellent. So I emailed Karnox the panflet email they give you and the customer service lady couldn't find my order with the order number. I gave her the chair and the pricing information and where I bought it and she said "sorry I can. I can't find him and I can't help you just like that. They didn't even give me a partial refund or anything like that. I am very disappointed in the service and this chair. My first chair and it's terrible. I will never buy from them again.
