Review on 🌂 Collapsible Teflon Coated Weatherman Umbrella That Can Withstand by Rebecca Johnson

The description of this umbrella is misleading, it says light material which gives the impression that it is a light umbrella. I ordered the yellow-orange color as it's one of my favorite colors but was shocked by the size and weight when I received it. So I have to send it back as I'm a small person. Although the quality is good, there are many other high quality brands that can withstand high winds and are also lightweight and easy to carry. The company is very slow to respond to questions about returns. The company provides unpaid return labels through USPS: postage, insurance to be paid by customer, and waiting in line at the post office. The company was very slow in responding to inquiries, one of my inquiries to Revain's website was not answered at all. When the post office tried to deliver the package, no one was there to take it. Delivery was on August 31st, the seller issued the credit 2 days later on September 2nd, after two more emails to the company, Revain finally announced the credit on September 3rd. Worst of all, the company insisted four times that its description was true! Anyone can see that this is simply not true. There were other people who gave this store a one star rating. Never again!
