Very good product. Incredibly quick and easy to use. Great for quick blitz matches. Resetting the clock is as simple as pressing a button three times (once to pause the timer, the other two to confirm the reset - they did this to avoid an accidental reset). The sound is too low, could be a little louder. This is probably to allow use in a room full of chess players. If you're playing outdoors, this probably isn't a good choice. The manual itself states that the display is not suitable for use in sunlight. The requirement for Type-C batteries is a little strange, but you can easily solve this problem by purchasing these adapters: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00JRF2GD8, which allow you to use rechargeable AA batteries.
