Time. It's the same for all of us. Despite the linear path that time is constantly moving along, people still cannot accurately track the passage of time. This task becomes particularly troublesome for people involved in an exciting game of chess. Like time, chess follows a strict set of rules. Therefore the chess clock ZMF-II - black with blue LED - is the best choice for 5, 10 or 25 minute moves when playing chess. Never break the law of time again when this watch keeps you *under control*.

The first one I ordered was broken and didn't work at all. Revain was great and I was able to send it back for a couple. The second worked for about a month until the same problem appeared. I didn't have Revain's 30-day warranty, but they informed me that I did have the company's one-year warranty. The company told me to send the watch back but didn't give me a return label or address. Very good product. Incredibly quick and easy to use. Great for quick blitz matches. Resetting the clock is as simple as pressing a button three times (once to pause the timer, the other two to confirm the reset - they did this to avoid an accidental reset). The sound is too low, could be a little louder. This is probably to allow use in a room full of chess players. If you're playing outdoors, this probably isn't a good choice. I really like this clock. I have had and used other models (Saitek, Chronos, DGT) and this is a good replacement for expensive and hard to find Chronos. I love the touch controls and it's easy to set up with all the usual options enabled. I also like how it handles the latency meter during gameplay - it toggles between the latency countdown and the time remaining so you can always see both. The only real downer is the "reset" function: you pause the watch with the middle button and then restart

I am very satisfied with the purchase of this watch. I was wondering what kind of chess clock to buy - expensive Chronos or DGT and the like. After looking at all the watches, ZMF stood out from all the watches in terms of price, quality and look/style. Who said chess has to be boring and not stylish?
