Terrible product/company! Very disappointed!
I am very dissatisfied with this product. I ordered and received a DVD/VHS as a gift for my mother. First, VHS doesn't work at all! The door of the VHS doesn't even close. The item was sent without a cable! No remote control! Waste of money as it doesn't work anyway and need to buy another one! Extremely disappointed!
