The colors on the monitor I received were uneven. The left side is greenish and the right side is reddish, so calibration is not possible. I called Revain for support and they said to contact Dell for support. Dell told me this monitor was registered on someone else 6 months ago so they can't support it! I bought it like new this week. I tried contacting Revain again and they said "Sorry, our system is down so we can't process your refund." So I just request a return from the application and send it back. The reason for 2 stars and not 0 is that I still have one of these monitors and they are excellent. I just got a bad experience from Revain and a bad support experience.
