I mean IT WORKS. It's been a great lifesaver for me when I've been in the car but parts seemed to fall out and I had to keep adjusting and reattaching it which isn't really a problem but after pumping it up and drinking a bottle of milk it's the last what you want to do is stop and disassemble. This is very annoying. However, the suction is good, comfortable and easy to clean. idk, i mean i think they could do a better design for cleaning but there are a few parts that need to be removed and cleaned. But in general. I give my 4 stars for having to keep putting the pieces back together when I just want to pump
