I like that they are very transparent, upfront about everything during contract negotiations! They listen closely as well which makes them great for finding solutions when working together is not going how planned or expected. Sometimes it can take up to 3 months after signing an agreement before getting started but overall their communication throughout my engagement was excellent from beginning to end.- Great people- Very easy access/interaction through chat (HipChat) so far have had no issues at all communicating via this method versus email etc.- Project management tool called JIRA helps keep track of tasks assigned & completed easily compared to other tools out there.- We plan to use Salesforce later down line once more projects come online since its user friendly for everyone involved regardless if new hire will be using daily vs project specific roles.
