Feels sturdy and wipes well but the holder keeps falling off

I bought this shower squeegee for our master bath shower glass in our new home. This product came with the suction holder and even a cloth if you want to wipe the blades in between use or even wipe the glass to remove any leftover water streaks or hard to reach places. The squeegee felt very sturdy and looked somewhat elegant. The shape of the handle also made it very easy to hold and wipe the shower glasses. It does the job well and very happy with the product and how it looked in my master shower room. Excellent and sturdy product.UPDATE (9/7/22) - The wiper itself still works well and feels sturdy. However, the holder keeps falling off after few days. I thought it would get better but still falling off. Luckily the wiper did not brake and could be matter of time if this keeps falling and hitting the floor tile of my shower. I am not sure if I have a defective one or the suction on the holder is too weak or the weight of the wiper to too heavy.UPDATE (9/22/22) - Excellent customer service as they sent a replacement to see solve my issue with the holder suction loosing strength after several days. In general, I am very happy with the product and will probably place the holder on the shower glass instead of the marble tile wall. It is sturdy and also looks good as well.

Pros
  • Warm Tips - The suction cup hook holder of shower glass squeegee works best for non-porous, impervious, smooth surfaces such as glass, mirror, polished metal, stainless steel, plastic board, wall tile, grainy granite, etc. Please remind that don't stick to a grout line and on the porous surfaces such as: wood, unfinished marble, porcelain, wallpaper, natural stones (such as Travertines), painted wall, etc.
Cons
  • It may require multiple passes to clean a surface thoroughly
