While the bell looks great I'm not happy that the seller actually thought they could pass the bracelet off as leather! It's leather, or simply put, a piece of felt sewn onto a piece of vinyl that looks like leather. It is thin, elastic, easily torn and worn. It actually tears where they punched one of the holes, and that's not intentional because NONE of the other holes are specially cut. The seller also did not indicate where this crap was made, but China is clearly written on the packaging. I have had horses, been a dog trainer and I know this harness will not last long with any street animal or abuse of any kind. I bought this to use as a pheasant hunting bell as the nylon straps and bands don't hold up. It doesn't even smell like leather, it smells like paint. I would say it would only be suitable for indoor use. I also just noticed that there is a gap where they put the ratchet on the bell, but it's already snapped a bit and the ratchet is hanging and doesn't ring until you manually pull it out. A dollar cheaper on AMAZON I got a bear bell on a genuine leather strap with a heavy duty buckle, made in the USA and described correctly. I don't think this one will last long.
