You get what you pay for

" For strength training and with a certain grip comfort for my hands. I could lift weights a little easier. On some exercises, I felt like I had poor control of the barbell with the handgrips. should be slightly wider for wrist support. Overall I would rate this product a 3.5/5. It gets the job done to a degree.

  • HOW TO CHOOSE THE BEST SIZE? First, measure the distance from the base of your middle finger to the base of your palm. Then simply compare your measurements to the chart to determine your ideal size: - Small: Under 3.75" - Medium: 3.75" - 4.25" - Large: Over 4.25"
