My new garage alligator is missing a part and I haven't had a response from them in over a month after trying everything. I've tried emailing them through their website, I've called every number they have in every department and everyone has a voicemail box and they don't answer a single call. Also true is the opinion of many people about how difficult the assembly is and how the bolts break. If you install it later, you can prevent the bolts from breaking by drilling a larger pilot hole. Old rivets harden over the years, and knots can also add to your frustration. Because of these problems, there is a lot of heartache and they can no longer use the lift they spent good money on due to the lack of help from the manufacturer.
