I worked for about 8 months at this Firm doing Tax planning work which included preparing Form 5500 filings with respect of various public companies that we served under audit by IRS or SEC including reporting requirements related thereto; preparation/reviewing financial statements prepared pursuant 10Ks filed quarterly during year 2000 - 2003 inclusive time period when it was known then (i) Enron had gone bankrupt but not yet disclosed until early 2001 after an accounting fraud scandal broke out just days before filing date set forth above i e Sept 30th,2000 ; ii). Also working closely wtih Senior Manager / Special Assistant Secretary from Audit department who would be called upon frequently while conducting audits involving tax compliance issues relating corporate structure changes etc.; iii); assisting senior manager involved within due diligence process where potential acquirer is being evaluated prior consummation thereof iv.) providing legal advice regarding regulatory approvals required such acquisition v.).
