Review on Braun Series 5 51S Replacement Pack - Foil and Cutter Kit (Formerly 8000 360 Complete or Activator) by Tabitha Anderson

SAME AS ORIGINAL REPLACEMENT KIT

I have a Braun Series 5 shaver I have it LONG. I want to explain why some people are complaining that this replacement blade set is not as good as the original. The first time I replaced the blades was about 2 or more years ago, YES they suck. I called Braun before ordering this NEW set (foil and blades) and they informed me that it is now back the same as the original that came with the shaver. THE! I still have the original sheet and foil set AND the REPLACEMENT set that has basically been discontinued. This NEW is EXACTLY the same as the one that came with the shaver. I think a few years ago they tried to lower the quality and didn't realize that people would complain and then went back to the original design. Anyway I installed this NEW kit and trust me it shaves GREAT. I have a HEAVY beard. I usually use it to shave and then use a regular razor and shaving cream to get a REALLY close shave. I have a 5 o'clock shadow at 4 o'clock. This new blade set has given me a REALLY nice shave after not shaving for 3 days. To me it's like trying to shave off metal threads. So they went back to the ORIGINAL design. This is the same set of EXACT blades and foils that came with my razor. I will NOT be buying electric Brauns in the future because they are Gillette owned. i hate this company They really tried to make this razor blade cheaper like I said but obviously gave in to the pressure when people complained. Gillette owns Braun. Gillette is owned by Procter and Gamble. i hate this company They have a monopoly on the shaving industry, with the exception of Panasonic. Panasonic electric shavers rank high in consumer reviews, so my next electric shaver will be Panasonic. First, because I hate Gillette for its outrageous price gouging and because Panasonic has higher ratings in consumer reports. I DID NOT RECEIVE THIS PRODUCT FOR FREE OR A DISCOUNT In exchange for a review
