I have been familiar with Philips household appliances since childhood, and I have always been satisfied. I bought everything in different networks, like MVideo, etc. This time I succumbed to the temptation of the official Philips online store and bought this machine as a gift. Apparently Philips makes great home appliances like TVs etc, but clippers are not their thing. The result is disgusting. Perhaps they sold it at a discount (about 30%), since the goods are not liquid and I was lucky to become the owner of this defective product. When contacting the return service, I was clearly informed that this product is a personal care product and cannot be returned. I asked to write exactly the refusal and when I applied, I will contact Rospotrebnadzor to investigate this case, I also warned the employee who wrote the refusal.

Pros

There are no positive moments, only money thrown to the wind, nerves and indifference of the seller, represented by Philips (the official online store), to their customers. In 2022 there is no such rule that the buyer is always right.
