I ordered 19 (600 packs) totaling 11,400 balloons. We used electric pumps to fill them up and I was surprised at how well they hold up. I had anticipated losing 5% due to defects or popping, but it has been more like 2%. The 600 packs come with 12 extra white balloons in a little pack which almost fully compensates for the balloons that pop or are defective. The balloons hold up very well as long as you do not over inflate them. If you the inflated balloon to the point that near the stem looks like a separate bulge they are too full and pop more easily. The whole balloon can be slightly bigger than 12" as long as the balloon is in a good tear-drop shape. Once tied, the balloons (filled with air not Helium) have lasted weeks with little change in size. The 600 pack at for 25$ is the best price for bulk balloons I have been able to find. (4 cents per balloon if my math is right) This same company charges more per balloon for their 1200 packs and their 300 or 450 packs. The 600 pack is the sweet spot so if you need a lot of balloons you just order many 600 packs. It would be awesome if they offered bigger packs at an even cheaper rate, but it's hard to complain at 4 cents a balloon. :)
