Review on Bushwhacker® Barrier Smaller Restraint Backseat by Michelle Singleton

We bought this before a long trip of several days halfway across the country. Our goal was to close off the hatchback's passenger/cargo area to give our three cats as much space as possible during busy driving. It covered the top well but didn't reach the bottom (hence the 4 stars instead of 5). While trying to block the underside of the seats with boxes and junk, we still had to make an emergency stop when one of the cats managed to crawl under the seat into the front seating area. Overall, the product provided a sufficient barrier between the front and rear seats to prevent cats from escaping when we had to stop. Nevertheless, as a precaution, we checked the presence of all cats visually after each stop before driving off.
