Review on Blower Motor Resistor Front BMW by Eric Smithlin

Initially, this item did not work after installation, the air conditioner blew at high fan speed and would not adjust. Since the installation was a bit complicated, I didn't uninstall it at the time. After a few days it seemed to be working intermittently, but now after another week it's out of order. Now the fan only blows at minimum speed and the fan speed cannot be adjusted using the fan control buttons. Unfortunately it was fitted some time after receiving the part as the car has been in a suspension workshop and is not our daily driver so the return period has expired. I will look for another part/seller.
