Installation went smoothly until a new firmware update was sent to the switches became. Then only one of the two switches works. Called Support at 877-458-0562. A support rep has been asked to look at the network/switches remotely so they can troubleshoot and fix the issue. After looking at a system that already has 2 other TP-Link Smart Connectors, the "techie" kept showing me all the broken links on my network but didn't fix the broken firmware update. It eventually became clear that the "techie" was just a sales rep who wanted $199 to fix the network and switches and then handed me a real tech support guy. "Technician" would not fix a buggy firmware update. WHAT A SCAM! And now that the switch to Coastal Taxi is going I can't return the item as it expires 3 days into the 30 year period. So not a good experience.
