Bought the wrong size and Revain exchanged it for the correct size even after it had passed its expiry date. The second one we got works, but the fan stays on no matter what we do. Revain said to contact the manufacturer, but that's a problem. This is the second home we have installed an Empava induction cooker. Love how it works, just wish I didn't have to throw away the switch to turn off the fan after each use. Update: Manufacturer Empava says its hob is defective, but there are no parts available that could fix the problem, it needs to be replaced. The catch is that Empava says it's not an official retailer since we bought it through Revain, so they won't do anything. I've just emailed a response to Rewain Empave. We leave the switch on at night, would like a solution. Will update when Revain responds.
