The best part is that it's free! Even though I have not used all its functionalities yet, what I like about this software is that you can create your own book and add links or images in them. It gives me peace of mind knowing my documents are stored safely online. Sometimes when creating books from scratch using templates, they don't come out as expected (e.g., font size). This could be due to the fact that sometimes there aren't enough templates available. However, if you're looking for something simple and straightforward then go ahead and give gitbook a try. We use gitbook mostly because we want our team members to read up on topics related to project management and development.
