A One-Stop Solution for Scared Cat Videos! Great with Camtasia! NEW! TO UPDATE!

I'm a corporate video producer and we have about a dozen professionals who create webinars, video tutorials and other media using the Marantz Turret. They are pleasant, pleasant people, but persistently strive to achieve a quality result. If I hear "The computer camera and microphone are good enough" or "I don't have time for this business" again, I will scream! , grainy video. Now the video is much cleaner, the sound is like a radio host and the overall result is much better than before. We also use it with Camtasia (to explain the features of the software and the website) and the result is amazing! However, I had to deal with a few human factors like getting the mic right (keep it close!) and creating an extra lighting effect. without me doing it. These are learning issues, not the fault of the product. ADVANTAGES: - Much better video and audio quality than a standard inexpensive laptop microphone and camera. used properly - Plug n play, easy to set up and use - Well designed/high quality product CONS: - Takes up a lot of desk space (large base) - Microphone arm only moves in/out, NOT up/down - Additional USB ports on the back have a low current (0.75 amps) not suitable for charging. Ring light at 100% causes hot spots on faces, adjust accordingly. / Blind speakers. Can be inconvenient to store or mail. Not everyone has an extra USB-C to USB-A cable (one included). camera a few weeks ago. The image flashes every 4-5 seconds. All attempts to contact Marantz customer support went unanswered (except for one bot that promised a response within 24-72 hours), including email, Twitter and Marantz's messaging system. I might as well not try. I end up shooting a star for a camera I can no longer use. It's a shame - it's worked well so far.
