Reliable fan, fairly good noise level

This USB fan is very easy to use, just plug it in and cool any surface or device that gets too hot. The volume is quite good, which is to be expected from an open fan. It is ideal for mounting on a laptop with integrated graphics when connected to an external monitor and running in hot mode. I pair it with a laptop cooling pad on the bottom and everything stays pretty cool.
