12/01/2018 In this case I had to rewire the entire trailer as it was in very poor condition. What I replaced were regular lightbulbs that were corroded by road salt and not stored in the garage. The side marker lights were also in bad shape, but I was able to soak them in apple cider vinegar to get rid of the rust. When reassembling I used dielectric grease on all electrical contacts. The taillights themselves are high quality and LED, consume very little power and are meant to last a long time. They were the easiest to install. All devices included. They come with wire nuts but I preferred to solder the wires and use heat shrink tubing for weather protection. The lights come with instructions and a diagram for the uneducated. It is helpful to have some experience with automotive electrical wiring. Take your time and do it right and you will be happy with the ending.
