This is a great deal for two sets of J-Racks. I was able to flip a set (so the racks support each other) and put my SUP in between. This allowed us to mount 2 kayaks and a SUP on the roof rack of our Honda Oddysey which came in handy. The straps that came with it were clearly too short for this type of setup on my rack, so I used some of the longer ratchet straps I had on hand to tighten everything up. The instructions that came with these racks were pretty good, just read them first. so you know why some nuts lock and others don't (and to avoid repetition). Be sure to have a set of 1/2" socket wrenches handy for faster assembly, as the included wrench will take some time. higher price and they definitely do the job!
