Without words! I was really shocked how well this item works! I live on the 6th floor in New York, so I can't clean the windows from the outside. not being able to see through them drove me insane. In no time I was able to master the use of this item. My windows are spotless and I can't recommend it highly enough! The only thing you have to pay attention to is how strong the magnets are, you have to keep them away from each other, otherwise they will collide with each other and you could hurt yourself. Mine came together without the plastic wall and I need my much stronger friend to pull them apart. Other than that, a truly fantastic life changing product!
