You probably would have received a 5 star rating from me as a shoe if the product hadn't arrived incomplete. All Pediped Flex shoes should come with a set of extra removable insoles so you can adjust the size of the shoe as your child's foot grows. In fact, it really increases the lifespan of the shoe. You can read about it on the Pediped website. However, as another reviewer pointed out (see customer pictures), these shoes DO NOT come with insoles, just the shoes. If you are used to buying Pediped's Flex line, just note that this is not a full Flex product and does not come with any additional inserts. It wasn't worth it for me as they are now too big for my child's foot and I don't know how they will fit him in 6 months or a year. Too expensive shoes to not be sure.
