The best big patches are love!
The spot in the picture appeared in an area (cheek next to nose) where I don't actually have active pimples/acne. While I didn't get whiteheads from acne, the patch still pulled out a ton of excess oil and significantly reduced the size of my pores. LOVE! A few days ago I used Mighty Patch on the same spot and not much came out. Spring. They're a little harder to remove than 3M patches, but the size is fantastic.
