Sparkhires is really easy with quick feedback
I love that it syncs up so well between my phone (Apple) and computer(Windows). It's super intuitive for someone who hasn't used this software previously! The only thing about sparkHired was having trouble uploading large files at times but once you figure out how everything works together your good! You can also upload from mobile devices too if needed!! Definitely take advantage of their free trial because there isn’t much risk involved. We have been able capture our interview process easily via different platforms such as emailing directly through emails etc., however using SPARK HIRE we were still capturing great content while being more efficient overall by just logging into ONE place instead of multiple places which saved us time & money throughout each day!! Our team loves working remotely now due to ease of access when away from office space / computers :) As mentioned above - not sure what other companies don't offer.
- Great platform, easy use interface + very organized layout/design = highly user friendly tool with endless potential benefits!!! Just wish they offered better incentives during promotion phase..I think most businesses would be willing enough tp pay $8 or even higher per month in order help maintain organizationally sound business processes across all departments.and especially important within Human Resources department where employee information is crucial yet hard to locate efficiently among many individual applications
