Review on PARAMED Aneroid Sphygmomanometer – Manual Blood Pressure Cuff With Universal Cuff 8.7 - 16.5" And D-Ring – Carrying Case In The Kit – Pink – Stethoscope Not Included by Steve Douglas

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great manual blood pressure machine

On a scale of one to five I would rate the blood pressure cuff a 5. I bought it to practice taking manual blood pressures because I'm a student nurse and it is just perfect. I'm even able to take blood pressures on myself with the way it's configured. I also love that it has the artery indicator and that it comes with instructions on how to take blood pressures even though I don't need this. I'm also grateful that it's a universal cuff and that it could fit arms of all sizes. I defiantly would recommend to a fellow nursing student of mine or to anyone who needs to take manual blood pressures.Update: After receiving the best blood pressure cuff I could ask for, the blood pressure cuff came with a card saying if I rated their product I would receive a free stethoscope. Well I just received the stethoscope and it is lovely. Just as good as my Littmann but for way less than half what I paid for it. And in order to do a blood pressure you need a stethoscope so I highly recommend paramed’s dual head stethoscope which is just lovely. It came with extra earpieces and a name tag too! I would rate their stethoscope a 10 out of 5 since both their products that I’ve received are just lovely!

Pros
  • The cuff works but is way to large for the average person
Cons
  • Not ideal for use on elderly patients
