This watch has everything you need in a smartwatch. I use steps and a seated monitor in a chair as I now work full time from home. I prefer this round shape over the square/rectangular models from the phone manufacturers. Wearing this on my left wrist, I can press the bottom button to activate a large, bright LED flashlight and call me Tony Stark when I need to illuminate something in the dark from bed or climbing stairs. After installing the app, I can adjust as many settings as the elevator to wake the screen. The dial pattern looks like a dive watch, and the vibrations are strong enough that I can feel and hear when messages or the big green chair icon appear. I haven't checked my blood pressure readings against cuff-based readings to determine accuracy, but heart rate is pretty close compared to the large touch sensors on a treadmill. I also appreciate that steps and calories are illuminated on the main dial to track my progress. I'm using the iPhone xr and the data is coming to my Health Heart Icon app with no problems. The only improvement that could be made to this set is the gift box that the watch comes in. The lettering and pink foil make this watch look stunning as a gift.
