This shower head looks very nice and feels sturdy. Fingerprints will show up after processing, but that probably doesn't bother the showerhead too much. One worrying thing is that when installed on a standard (angled) shower head, water stains will accumulate over time. See photos for reference. It should be noted that the images do not show the scale very well. This shower head is very large, just over a foot in diameter. Although it works in a standard corner shower head, it looks a bit silly. Again - see photos for reference (wall tiles 12x24). The result is pleasant and really reminiscent of rain. It doesn't look like a water saving shower head, although the water consumption is very small. As long as you're fully prepared for the big size, this showerhead should do the trick.
