Good case, serves its purpose. Case and screen protection at a great price. The volume controls are a bit stiff, but that doesn't matter as I can always adjust the volume on the screen if needed. It's a small price to pay for great peace of mind. I mainly use my iPad for gaming, books, and movies, so overall I'm happy with it. The card contains contact information that you can use to message Ztotop if you have any questions or concerns. At some point the rear stand came loose. So I contacted the company and they helped me to solve my problem. It was very easy to work with them.
