Review on Klymit Coast Travel Pillow by Dana Lynn

Unsupportive Torn Day 1

I have an old Colman travel pillow of about the same size but it went flat so I decided to try this Klymit pillow. I heard their gear is pretty good. This pillow is just as flat as my old one. I don't expect it to be too fluffy as it's only a small pillow but I expected at least some support from a brand new pillow. I tried to roll it up by the long edge while it was wrapped and put it back in my pocket, but I was literally sweating and felt like I was about to break a finger or two. Somewhere along the way I realized I should try to roll it along the short side and that was a lot easier except for the markers that got in the way. I grabbed the tags and tore them off like I would with many other things, like clothes or other pillows and household items. As you can see from my photo it was a bad idea because the seams came apart! I'll admit it was a bit rude to rip it apart, but I always rip off the labels and I've never seen an item self-destruct like this. I hate cutting them off because I hate that part of the label is still sticking out to itch and annoy me. So this pillow only lasted half an hour after I opened the package. Even though it's not ripped, I'm disappointed with the lack of lint in this pillow.
