I've been using it for over 8 months now and it has never let me down. I strongly recommend this product. This is a good option for daily backups. I have a second WD 3.5" 2TB external USB drive to back this up so I don't have a single point of failure. I don't use the C drive for my data as the built in drives have proven unreliable when it comes to Windows system crashes which in most cases require a factory OS update. This is Microsoft for U. This drive was accidentally bent (the USB connector is now at a 30 degree angle to the top) when my laptop was pushed against something, but it's still ticking and there have been no problems thereby. I'll leave it at this angle, afraid I might break or stop working if I straighten it.
