Very easy to remove and replace. All you have to do is first insert a piece of wood or 2x4 to support the hood. Then do it on one side by removing or prying out the clips (both top and bottom) with a flat head screwdriver. With the same screwdriver you can now pry out the rack. Before attempting to install a new stand, make sure the top and bottom clips are pulled out (WARNING: Do not remove the clips. If you remove them, you may accidentally damage the clips.). Then insert the top and reinsert the clip. Then insert the base and reinsert the clip. Do the same with the other side. Or you can go to YouTube and they can show you how. That's easy.
