I was nervous about buying this kit having ordered a more expensive brand in the past; However, I am very happy with the design, the quality for the price and most importantly the customer service. I had a little problem with one of the thread colors. I contacted the supplier through Revain and was pleasantly surprised by their thoughtfulness and focus on the solution. They sent me a replacement yarn which arrived from Ukraine within a few weeks with a lovely message and a small gift that wasn't necessary but delightful.
