Easy-to Use, Flexible Reporting Tool with Great Customer Support
JsReports is very easy to configure for multiple use cases within your organization without having any technical expertise at all! The support team has been amazing so far as well - always friendly & responsive. I would highly recommend this product if you are looking for something simple or quick but powerful enough to get things done. We have used it internally to create custom reports using our own dataset which we could then share across other internal applications like Pardot/Hubspot etc., Also able to export these reports into PDF format (which was required by one client).
Pros
- The ease of working with the product, minimal IT resources required, and the support team has been helpful in many occasions
Cons
- In general, it has quite a few restrictions on the types of charts that can be created using, which can be a bit limiting in some cases
