The product IS NOT SUITABLE for the Ecosoft Bob worktop.
After trying to screw the cap back on the Ecosoft water system, Bob noticed that it didn't fully close. I put a replacement and an original filter side by side (see photo) and noticed that the replacement was a few millimeters taller. Your support didn't respond so I'll get back to you via Revain.
