Jekkis's Stagnant Approach to Innovation and Subpar Quality

As a professional organizer, I was eager to test out Jekkis, a business that emphasizes customer efficiency. My interactions with Jekkis, however, were disappointing. Jekkis presents itself as a customer-focused company, but its goods consistently fail to impress. Their desk accessories and other items for organizing your work area were all ripoffs of products by more reputable companies, in my opinion. Unfortunately, Jekkis's goods also suffered from a lack of care for detail. Most of their products were poorly made and designed, making them a hindrance to work rather than a help. In addition, Jekkis's support services were subpar. I tried returning a faulty item, but customer service was not helpful and didn't seem to care about finding a solution to my problem. Overall, I would not suggest Jekkis to anyone in search of premium grade office storage solutions. Avoid doing business with them because of their unoriginality, low-quality goods, and unhelpful staff.

Pros
  • A comprehensive strategy for efficiency
Cons
  • It's possible that not all products are as long-lasting as advertised.
